Campground Rules
Check In / Check Out
Check-in time for our rental trailers and rustic cabins is 3 pm. All other sites may check in at 1 pm. Sorry, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate check-ins past 9:30 p.m. Atlantic time. Check-out time: 11 am. Please consult with the office prior to 11 am on your day of departure if you wish to extend your stay.
Emergencies
Call 9-1-1. In case of an emergency, the local fire and ambulance services have access to the security gate and can enter the park at any time. A first aid kit and other emergency numbers are available at the office.Services section. Briefly describe the types of services offered and highlight any special benefits or features.
Noise & Quiet Hours
Our quiet hours are from 10 pm – 7 am. Very quiet time begins at 11 pm. Be courteous to your neighbors. No excessive noise at any time. Please be advised that rowdy or unruly behavior will result in immediate eviction from the grounds. PLEASE DO NOT WALK THROUGH OCCUPIED SITES!
Night Security
Call (506) 567-5797 after 10 pm, you can call or text with any issues and we will address them as promptly as possible.
Park & OFFICE Hours
During July and August the park office and the security gate are operated from 8 am to 10 pm. Only those campers with valid camping permits are permitted in the park after 10 pm. For entry past 10 pm, please advise our staff to make arrangements. During May, June and September please inquire at office as the office hours and gate hours are reduced.
Visitors
For the protection of our campers, visitors to your campsite are required to register upon arrival. Day visitor passes are $3 per adult (age 18 +). Day visitors must exit the park by 10 p.m. Overnight visitor passes are $8 + tax per adult (age 18+) per night.
Liability
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents such as injury to campers and visitors, damage to property, or loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Alcohol, Smoking, Vaping & Cannabis Use
Use or consumption of these items MUST be confined to your campsite. The campground buildings and public places are alcohol, smoke, vape, and cannabis free. Please report any problems to us immediately. We strive to maintain a clean and wholesome environment and your cooperation will help us to achieve this goal. Rowdy and unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
Campfires & Fuel Wood
Build campfires in designated places only using a fire ring. Fuel wood is available for sale. Please do not burn painted or treated wood, wood containing nails or garbage in your campfire. We also must adhere to local fire restrictions, and you can find updated information here.
Garbage & Recycling
We recycle. All garbage must be sorted and placed in the proper containers located near the security gate. Please do not burn or leave garbage in fire rings.
Grey Water DISPOSAL
Please collect sink waste and dispose at the dumping station in order to ensure the campsite is not spoiled.
Internet ACCESS
Wireless internet is available free of charge to all campers. The maximum speed and bandwidth obtainable in this area is comparable to a low capacity household Wi-Fi system and is intended for LIGHT USE ONLY, such as email or map searches. No streaming, downloading or gaming please. Please disconnect once your task is complete.
Laundry
The laundromat is open 10 am – 10 pm. Washers are $2 per load, and dryers are $2 per load (60 minutes) LOONIES ONLY. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are available at the office for a small fee.
Pet Policy
Pets must be on a leash, quiet and attended to at all times. Pets are not permitted in restrooms or any other public buildings. Please clean up after your pet. Our full pet policy is available at the office or upon request.
Playground USAGE
There are two playgrounds located in the campground, as well as a basketball court. Zipline equipment must be signed out by a parent at the office. All equipment is unsupervised.
CAMPER Refrigerator
A fridge for camper’s use is located in the lounge. Feel free to use it, but keep in mind that other campers do as well.
Swimming & BEACH AREA
Our beach area is NOT supervised. Parents are responsible for their children. Be careful of the water levels as they fluctuate significantly.
Tents
No tents are permitted on full service sites. One tent only per tent site, unless permission has been requested.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
FOR CAMPSITES & RUSTIC CABINS
7 Nights’ notice prior to booked arrival date, full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee and the non-refundable Let’s Camp booking fee.
For cancellations with notice between 3-6 nights, you will receive a full refund minus a 25% cancellation fee (based on total cost of stay) and the non-refundable Let’s Camp booking fee. Less than 3 nights' notice prior to booked arrival date, sorry, no refund.
FOR RENTAL TRAILERS
Afull refund will be given with 30 nights notice before booked arrival date, less a $10 cancellation fee; less than 30 days, sorry, no refund.
DISCLAIMER
Rates are as posted. Charges are for the use of the assigned site and campground facilities only. The site is for vacation purposes only. The campground assumes no responsibility for loss through fire, theft, collision or otherwise to the trailer or car or their contents, whether due to negligence or otherwise. Use of the Campground and equipment for yourself, your family and your guests is solely at your own risk and subject to the Campground Rules, receipt of a true copy of which is hereby-acknowledged. The Campground, its employees, servants, or agents shall be saved harmless from any claims whether in contract or by tort, by or on behalf of all those admitted to the Campground pursuant or because of this agreement. In addition to the set charges, any taxes levied on the trailer, any ancillary structures or the rates charges shall be paid on registration or as may be otherwise required. By accepting these terms and conditions, the registered guest as noted on this reservation represents and warrants that he/she is responsible for his/her family, party, guests and any other persons accessing the Campground with his/her permission or knowledge. Any violation of this agreement, the determination of which shall be in the sole discretion of the campground operator, shall result in termination of this agreement. Upon termination, the camper, his/her family and guests shall be deemed to be trespassers, under the Trespass to Property Act, and the operator is hereby appointed their respective agent for disconnecting services and removal of their trailer, structures and equipment.
